You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop.

You will receive a Track and Trace-numer upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.

If you change your mind about an item you must notify us within 14 days after having received your purchase and ship it to Rekviem Copenhagen within the following 14 days from having notified us. 

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.

We offer free exchanges to different products/ a voucher, but for returns you must make your own freight label.

Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria:

Place the product in a shipping box or plastic bag. 

Enclose the original sales receipt to the product.

The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches us at Rekviem Copenhagen.

Please notice that we can exchange your items to another size or color if available in stock. 

CONDITION OF THE ITEM YOU HAVE RETURNED:

We kindly ask you to try on any shoes on a carpeted surface only. 

In case you wish to return or exchange an item, please note that it must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received it in, so that we will be able to issue a full refund.

Please also keep in mind that the shoe box is also a part of the product, and must also be sent back for return or exchange in the same condition as you received it in.

You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Rekviem Copenhagen to evaluate the item's condition.

It will take up to 5 business days for an exchange / return to be handled.
